LEVEILLE Staffing is a technology-enabled staffing firm built on a streamlined operational infrastructure designed to eliminate administrative friction and accelerate revenue growth.
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join as a strategic partner. This is not a traditional sales role — this is an opportunity to operate within a structured system where recruitment, compliance, payroll, and back-office operations are handled for you.
Your focus: build relationships, secure contracts, and generate revenue.
COMPENSATION
• Earn 25%–30% commission on net profit generated
• Top performers generate $1,000–$5,000+ weekly
• Uncapped earnings — no ceiling
• Paid bi-monthly (1st & 15th)
• Performance bonuses available
Example:
10 associates → $2,000–$4,000/week potential
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role
• Build and manage client relationships
• Secure staffing contracts and agreements
• Drive revenue growth through new business
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline

REQUIREMENTS
Who This Is For
• Sales-driven individuals who want performance-based income
• Strong closers comfortable speaking with decision-makers
• Self-motivated, independent professionals
Preferred:
• Staffing or recruiting experience
• Understanding of bill rates and margins
• CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
